Webcasted Industry Sessions
The sessions below were sponsored by GSK during the ESPID 2024 Meeting and are intended for HCPs only.
They are not included in the main event CME/CPD credit.
The objective of this symposium is to introduce the concept of vaccine equity and the impact Healthcare Professionals can have in reducing health inequalities, outlining the current challenges for paediatric vaccination in Europe.
We will illustrate how recommendations, reimbursement and access to paediatric vaccines vary widely across European countries and regions within countries, and how these differences affect different stakeholders. In addition, we will discuss the importance of Healthcare Professionals in the vaccination journey and what they can do to help reduce vaccine inequity.

At GSK, the pursuit of defeating meningitis is one of our top priorities, and while we still have a journey ahead of us, YOU have been and continue to be integral to our success. So, for a moment, we’ll pause and reflect on the progress we’ve made in the last year by reviewing the post-pandemic data. Then, we’ll look to the future of meningococcal disease prevention by reviewing the WHO Roadmap to Defeat Meningitis by 2030.
As we reflect on our journey and the progress we’ve made together, one question still stands: ‘Are we on track to meet our goals?’. JOIN OUR EXPERTS PANEL to hear best practices and learnings from markets in varying places in their MenB (Meningococcal group B) vaccination implementation journey. GSK products will be discussed at the symposium.
For healthcare professionals only.
