Sustainable Transportation Options from the Airport to the Venue
Copenhagen offers various sustainable transportation options, from the airport to the Bella Center. Here are some eco-friendly ways to travel:
- Metro: The most convenient and eco-friendly way is to take the Metro directly from Copenhagen Airport to Bella Center. The Metro runs frequently, is efficient, and has a minimal environmental impact. The Bella Center has its own station, named “Bella Center Station,” making it a convenient choice.
Further information on www.m.dk. - Public Bus: Public buses are also available from the airport to Bella Center. While not as direct as the Metro, they are a viable option. Look for buses that stop close to the Bella Center or connect to nearby Metro stations.
Bus timetables can be found on the transport company DOT’s website. You can also use the website Rejseplanen to plan your trip with public transport. - Electric Taxis or Car-Sharing Services: Look for electric or hybrid taxis or opt for car-sharing services that prioritise eco-friendly vehicles. Several companies provide electric cars for rent by the minute within the city.

The Meeting will officially run on Central European Time (CET), being one hour ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+1).

Prescriber / Non-Prescriber
Support from pharmaceutical partners helps make this event possible. As such, it is important that we comply with the various codes and directives relating to the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of pharmaceutical products. The European Union directive (2001/83/EC, article 86) provides guidelines relating to medicinal products for human use. Within these guidelines is the restriction that access to pharmaceutical product marketing activities must be limited to only those participants licensed/authorized to prescribe or supply medicinal products. All participants, with the exception of the exhibitors, are asked the following question during registration: Are you licensed/authorized to prescribe or supply prescription-only medicines?
